Smartmove were brilliant. I found they're not just about furniture removals, they're also expert problem solvers! On moving day there can be all kinds of unforeseen hiccups that arise on what might already be a stressful day. But the team had a cheerful 'can do' attitude & went much further than I expected in making sure the day went as smoothly as possible.. They were so reasonable & friendly and incredibly efficient - these guys can lift! I have to thank Matt and his team for taking so much stress out of the day. If I move again, I'll only be contacting Smartmove..

I had received a excellent service from smart move. They were very helpful, polite and efficient. The FaceTime quote was very useful and the removal men were friendly. I would highly recommend smart move.

I have recently been moved by Smartmove Removals Company. The team provided an excellent service - which was both reliable and a seamless process. The guys had some skillfull manoevres which proved useful with some of my antique furniture, that needed handling with care! It wasn't an easy move for me but the guys took all of the stress out of the situation with their warmth and empathy and even made the process fun! Smartmove is a well established company and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service. They arrived 10 mins before the move time started, appraised the items to be moved and planned it all out. They assured us that it was going to be straight forward and it was. At 9am sharp they were ready to start the move. It all finished with time to spare. They were in no hurry to leave. They even helped us find a few items that had been ignored during the packing.
They also took full responsibility for a bed that got slightly damaged during the dis-assembly. They fixed it at their own cost and time.

I used Smartmove earlier this year and they were absolutely great. I had a pick-up from 2 different locations, an oversized upright piano and 4 lots of stairs to get up. The best thing about them was it was dealing with real people who were flexible about the move, rather than quoting limits or price brackets at me. I still don't know how to play the piano very well, but everything else turned out wonderfully. I couldn't recommend them more

Absolutely brilliant team! From start to end everyone involved in the move were amazing. Justine was so helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our removal dates. The removal team; Taz, Harry, Luke, Jay and Jim were a brilliant bunch. They were so thorough and did everything we could have expected and more! Everything was wrapped and double wrapped, and our canvas pictures were all wrapped perfectly so as not to damage them. How they managed to get some of our bulky, heavy furniture in and out of the old and new house i will never know! We couldn't have asked for a better removal company, and would highly recommend 👌 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge thanks to the team; everybody we came across was so friendly and personable. Jay first came to the house and I could tell he had plenty of experience which put me at ease; honest and knowledgeable. I met with a lot of removal companies and I knew form the start I'd go with Smartmove! Becki and Evie provided us with a competitive quote and were always available should we need anything and answer our questions. On the day, Harry and Julian got there on time, nothing was too much trouble and were both super friendly. Cracked on with everything, everything was loaded smoothly and unloaded super fast. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. Re assembled our wardrobes and bed (without the instructions) which was a huge plus for us. Can't say thank you enough for such a smooth move. Thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had the packing service and move and could not fault any of it, took away all stress. I had high value furniture which I was concerned about, but shouldn't have been! absolutely no damage, no marks on any walls, zilch! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough!

Smartmove did a fabulous job. The movers were exceptional. Things were packed with care, removed with care, and assembled correctly. There was not a single breakage, which I’ve never had in the 5 or so moves I’ve done. The team is made up of well mannered friendly people who go out of their way to ensure you have a good moving experience.

Smart Move Removals were absolutely fantastic from initial quote right through to moving day. The team were always on hand for questions and no query or job was too big or small for them. We are over the moon with our decision to use Smart Move to help us move house. The team work and strength that those guys have was incredible to see and the rate in which our furniture got rebuilt by Harry was very impressive!! We definitely recommend to anyone needing a removals company.
