I would definitely recommend Smartmove, the guys were great, very efficient at packing the van and doing it all with a smile despite us living in a top floor flat so they had to go up and down lots of stairs! They got all our furniture into the right rooms in our new house which made it easy to unpack and settle in. Thanks very much!

Smartmove were very efficient and friendly right the way through from the initial quotation to moving into our new home. On the day movers can do, energetic and friendly attitude was refreshing in spite of the big task ahead. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to the movers who turned up on the day. Only wish we thought about using their packing service too!

Mixed feelings about Smartmove. +VE: The staff are hard working and friendly, My Bristol - Plymouth move on a fixed day rate was cheaper than the competition. They packed most of my stuff the day before, so we could set off earlier on moving day. -VE: I had to ask to have the £75 hr delay surcharge taken off my contract. The receptionist misinformed me about the day before 'pre-load', I was in by chance that day! My new cooker got lifted by the handles which now wobble & cooker seal broke - the receptionist sent the wrong cooker seal to replace it, and I haven't heard from them since.

Superb service from beginning to end - so helpful and grateful during a stressful time! We booked the packing service (which I would throughly recommend!) and this helped speed up the process of move day. On the day of the move, the guys couldn't have been more helpful - and they see the job through to the end - always with a smile!

What an amazing team! The support and service from everyone was fantastic! Communication was excellent throughout. We had the moving and packing service. The team were kind and efficient and we felt like our belongings were in safe hands. Moving house is stressful and emotional but we were expertly looked after by Smartmove throughout the whole process. I can’t thank you enough!!

I absolutely cannot fault a thing about this company. From the initial visit, to the ladies in the office to finally the team on the day, polite, caring and professional. We were downsizing after 20 years and it was big for us emotionally. The team really understood that and made us feel so at ease and comfortable. Absolutely outstanding, I cannot recommend Smartmove highly enough. My third move with them, this time we had both the packing and moving service for our family home. Efficient, kind, polite, experts who made the whole move feel calm and took a way any worries we had. As parents to young kids moving the week before Christmas we were apprehensive but the team were amazing. Reeve, Jo, James & James you are total legends. Thank you Justine you are doing a wonderful job and we are super grateful.

Absolute legends! Helped me with a move in St George, BS5, Bristol. These guys were amazing all the way through from quote to move. The office team and especially Jen were so flexible and understanding when move dates kept shifting. The removal team on the day were incredible - calm, friendly, patient and careful with all of the stuff. They made what could have been a really stressful day stress-free. Superb in every way. Smartmove provided an efficient and careful packing service for a full day beforehand. We had a lot of stuff, and some items that were heavy and difficult to move, but they tackled it all without hesitation. Everything was transported safely. On move day they worked into the evening to get all of our stuff in, and they were still smiling at the end. I cannot fault Smartmove, and will recommend to everybody I know.
