Superb service from beginning to end - so helpful and grateful during a stressful time! We booked the packing service (which I would throughly recommend!) and this helped speed up the process of move day. On the day of the move, the guys couldn't have been more helpful - and they see the job through to the end - always with a smile!
Would highly recommend, Couldn't have been more grateful for the service and help they supplied - and all for a decent price!

Thank you so much guys for all your help with the house move. We could not be any happier with your services. Kate and her team were superb; really friendly and supportive, smiling until the very end and making the move a breeze. Crew always on time, polite and careful. We required packing service, they sent 3/4 people that packed everything by 3 pm, again very nice staff, quick and professional. Really recommend Smartmove! Thank you so much. All the best.

The move went generally well. Disassembling and reassembling the wardrobe was uncomfortable to watch. The gentlemen had slight trouble taking the back off it, so they forced the back to come off by pulling the seal and the back panel so in effect they broke it into two pieces. They did attempt to reseal the back together. Also they took some pins away, even though I asked for the reason. They said I wouldn't need them. I now have to replace pins to secure/fix the back further.

The team at Smartmove had been accommodating through the whole process of moving us to Devon - on move day we had to pinch ourselves that they were so nice to work with, with a family feel to the team. Deconstructed most our furniture and expertly put it back up in the new property - what they did and for the cost, was remarkable!
We even bought the team a meal as they were such nice guys and a laugh.

The team were very careful and conscientious with our belongings, whilst also working quickly to get the job done. Everything came back to us unmarked and clean. Smart Move Removals were absolutely fantastic from initial quote right through to moving day. The team were always on hand for questions and no query or job was too big or small for them. We are over the moon with our decision to use Smart Move to help us move house. The team work and strength that those guys have was incredible to see and the rate in which our furniture got rebuilt by Harry was very impressive!! We definitely recommend to anyone needing a removals company.

What a team!!! Smart move absolutely gave me and our move the best possible experience, from Olli and Johnny with the packing up (they definitely put a shift in) to Tim and Jim on the move in day they even put all our beds and furniture up! I could not recommend them more, reasonable prices and friendly faces the guys have it all! Thanks smart move will recommend you to everyone going forward!

After a friend recommended the team at Smartmove we can confirm they have been incredible and we would definitely recommend to anyone! We had to move the date several times due to unnecessary delays in the chain, however Justine was really helpful in making sure once we exchanged (at short notice) there was an available team to move us. On the day Jonny and Luke came to help pack and load all of our belongings in London, and were there the following day in Devon for the unload. Both were friendly and worked hard to get the process completed as efficiently as possible. We also had a laugh throughout which took the pressure out of what could have been a much more difficult time.

Smartmove Removals Bristol didn't put a foot wrong. They responded positively to a, short notice, request to move us from Bristol to a storage facility in Newcastle upon Tyne! Professional, calm, friendly and respectful. We were very happy with the price, that was fully quoted up front. They lifted an enormous weight off our shoulders. We can't praise the team from Smartmove Removals highly enough.

The SmartMove team were the absolute best with our move from Bristol to Barry. As always moving can be stressful and complicated but they dealt with our uncertainty about dates like absolute pros. The team were efficient and friendly. Great value for money. 100% would recommend!
