Justine is absolutely amazing. We had to move our move date several times but Justine and the team were understanding throughout.
The debacle with the stamp duty increase made everything a frantic mess come march 2025 but Justine remained calm throughout. If I can bring myself to move again, I will be using smart move to do so.

We had the full packing and moving service, taking place over 2 days, wow we were so impressed. All the team worked so hard and navigated the rain, the small lane behind the house and everything else move day throws up amazingly. They were so friendly and helpful too, from the quote and booking right up to collecting the boxes and wrap. So impressed. 100% recommended!

Felt like family moving us! I cannot recommend this company enough. We had the full packaging service and removal.
Full packing - excellently done - not one breakage. Team were very respectful of our belongings, packed all with real care. Labelling was great; really helpful with placing in the right rooms - loved the box labelled “kitchen drawer of doom”!
Removals following day. Same team (which was reassuring) plus one. Again, I could not fault. No pressure felt, very professional. Excellent manoeuvring and some serious skills with that large van, down a tiny drive!

Smartmove recently helped us (full packing and removal service) with our family housemove just in time for Christmas. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The initial visit, the interaction with the office team, to the chaps doing our packing and moving (thanks Jonny, Harry, Ollie, Henry & Charlie!). I can't say enough of Smart Removals. They were great, from start to finish. With two little kids in tow, we were worried about moving house, but they sorted us. They worked incredibly hard, didn't break anything (nothing!) and their confidence gave us confidence on a nerve wracking day. and they made the day, actually, quite fun!

I also have to say I was VERY IMPRESSED by Johnny's tessellation: the truck was incredibly well packed.

So yes, employ them, you won't regret it.
