We had a fantastic experience with SmartMove and I have already recommended to friends who are moving house.
From start to finish the process was slick and the team were so warm and friendly. Thank you in particular to John and Conrad for lugging all our stuff into the new house with no breakages. Who knew moving house could actually be quite fun!?
Excellent value for money, definitely recommend the full packing service as it just takes all the stress out of the experience. Great team behind the scenes too - thanks Izabela for answering all our questions so promptly.

Fantastic group of people.
Can't believe how helpful Matthew was at first house visit.
He and his team were amazing to work with.
John, driver, and his team were so understanding about the delay waiting for keys and super efficient unloading everything.
Can't recommend them enough!
Very reasonably priced as well compared with five other companies.

Can't rank them highly enough. I was worried about moving as l was recently widowed and never done anything like this on my own. I also used their packing service which took away a lot of the stress. From start to finish they were patient, professional and helpful. Justina, in the office, must have had the patience of a saint as my removal dates changed so many time but she kept friendly and helpful throughout out. Jay and his team moved everything with the minimum of fuss and made me aware of what was going on at all times. At my new address everything was put back in place. Huge "Thank you"

Cannot thank the team enough, from everyone from the office to the removal men.Our date changed several times, but it was never a problem for the office. We had a big move over two days, ( probably the hottest days ever) but nothing was to much for the guys, they were friendly, good humoured and so helpful. We have moved several times before but never experienced such amazing service. They really went that extra mile, ensuring we were happy and settled before leaving. They didn’t finish till late on a Friday evening but it didn’t phase them. They felt like friends by the time they left.

Fantastic removal service from the initial quote to the actual move!
We had to change the moving date a few times, without any problems. They were very accommodating.
Chose the option to add the packing service for the day before the move. Highly recommend this! The team worked really efficient and quick. Everything was packed with care.
On the moving day it went really smooth. Again the team worked tirelessly.
The whole process took the stress out of moving.

I can't recommend Smartmove highly enough. The team were professional, efficient, but also very friendly and good humoured. They took all the stress out of the day for us, which was no mean feat. They worked quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, and did it all with a smile. You won't regret booking with these guys. Worth every penny.

Charlie, Zach and Harry moved us from Devon back to North Wales on Friday 22nd July. It was an exceptionally long day with a hot, busy motorway, a storage trip and the house move. The three couldn't have been more professional, cheerful or helpful - they kept us sane and made the day manageable.
They even took time to advise on the storage facility and help us understand how a container opened and closed! The final straw could have been the rain as they moved us in (finishing at 8pm) but they remained full of energy and good humour.
We cannot praise them enough. Thanks chaps.

Smart move moved us last Friday and were brilliant. Charlie, Matt and Harry took complete control of everything, worked so hard moving endless heavy boxes and very heavy furniture, nothing was too much trouble for them and kept smiling throughout. We would have no hesitation using Smartmove again. Well done lads and thank you for all your efforts, friendliness and efficiency!

We arranged a video survey with Matt which was very quick and easy and Izabela was very prompt in replying to our queries and changes of plan.
Charlie and Greg did an excellent job helping us move on the day. Communication was great and they were courteous, friendly, and professional throughout what might otherwise have been a very stressful day.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant team! From start to end everyone involved in the move were amazing. Justine was so helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our removal dates. The removal team; Taz, Harry, Luke, Jay and Jim were a brilliant bunch. They were so thorough and did everything we could have expected and more! Everything was wrapped and double wrapped, and our canvas pictures were all wrapped perfectly so as not to damage them. How they managed to get some of our bulky, heavy furniture in and out of the old and new house i will never know! We couldn't have asked for a better removal company, and would highly recommend 👌 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge thanks to the team; everybody we came across was so friendly and personable. Jay first came to the house and I could tell he had plenty of experience which put me at ease; honest and knowledgeable. I met with a lot of removal companies and I knew form the start I'd go with Smartmove! Becki and Evie provided us with a competitive quote and were always available should we need anything and answer our questions. On the day, Harry and Julian got there on time, nothing was too much trouble and were both super friendly. Cracked on with everything, everything was loaded smoothly and unloaded super fast. Nothing was broken or damaged during the move. Re assembled our wardrobes and bed (without the instructions) which was a huge plus for us. Can't say thank you enough for such a smooth move. Thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had the packing service and move and could not fault any of it, took away all stress. I had high value furniture which I was concerned about, but shouldn't have been! absolutely no damage, no marks on any walls, zilch! Honestly cannot recommend this company enough!

Smartmove did a fabulous job. The movers were exceptional. Things were packed with care, removed with care, and assembled correctly. There was not a single breakage, which I’ve never had in the 5 or so moves I’ve done. The team is made up of well mannered friendly people who go out of their way to ensure you have a good moving experience.

Smart Move Removals were absolutely fantastic from initial quote right through to moving day. The team were always on hand for questions and no query or job was too big or small for them. We are over the moon with our decision to use Smart Move to help us move house. The team work and strength that those guys have was incredible to see and the rate in which our furniture got rebuilt by Harry was very impressive!! We definitely recommend to anyone needing a removals company.
