Please be reassured, until we receive notice from a Government body instructing or advising us to stop or we ourselves deem it unsafe, your move will be going ahead with Smartmove Removals.

Removal companies/all pending moves are classed as a low risk as there is no actual contact, safe distances can be kept & usually less than 5 people at a time.

All of our staff are taking the necessary precautions & customers are proving very understanding & providing designated sinks for the guys to use on arrival & throughout the move, at both properties. The work can be carried out with all parties being aware & responsible & working together & keeping a safe distance.

The vans are/will continue to be regularly cleaned & steering wheels wiped etc throughout each day.

There really isn’t any reason why your, sometimes long awaited, move cannot go ahead!

These are difficult times with a lot of things up in the air & in limbo but it is business as usual for us. We wish you luck with all matters in the lead up & hope this isn’t becoming too stressful for you.

Should you receive information that the move cannot take place then, of course, please inform us asap - thank you.

Please also note, any payments already made will not be lost. They will just be held.
